Hey! Great innitiation, I also suggested it in the begining but people rightly pointed out that we better do something first! Good timing :) and thanks for the tasks. In the meantime; tonight we were discussing that though we really appriciate the method and your discipline, we would like to make a few comments about the stress on interactions.
To make a long story short, we were thinking of adding exercises in which we make a collective form (2,3, or all togther, perhaps in circles, perhaps with miroring or developing our forms based on body or eye contacts etc.); and having a bit more stress on being aware of each other's roles and bodies during the improvisations. till now, the only explicit stress was on the fact that others can make obstacles we need to respect; but no explicit directions or suggestion or hint to facilate our interactions. True, it should and will come along, but perhaps some encouragement and a few words in the begning will ease the process in our short time.
These may sound like minor comments that you perhaps had in mind already, but some of us found the processes of exercises pressuring due to their individualistic and isolated character. It may be on our behalf, but a bit of stress and encouragement on interactions and other-awareness could help self-and-body-awareness as well.
Just wanted to prepare the context for perhaps more future transactions over interaction issues. In general, we all agree that the group is in good hands :)
cheers

ps. Can you invite us to the weblog alstublift so we can also post topics that others can comment on?

It's me again :)I just thought i better summarize the exercises we thought of tonight:
1- A collective form in a circle, starts with one person, each one adds something, ends with the begning move
2- (Moreno had experienced this if i'm not wrong) 2 people improvise based on each other and interactions for 3 minutes
3- better explore others' rolse and bodies (to figure out limits, characteristics, character) during improvisation and come to a end together; not absolute awareness at all times but a minimum other-awarness
4- some people need time to think of what they do. feel free to create a sleeping or resting or thinking form with a begining and ned which looks good and you can go to whenever you need time to think or observe others to determine your own. Errida also suggested that we do not need to jumpo into improvisation immediately and we can wait and watch others a bit before getting off the chair.
5- collective forms two lines facing each other. each line makes a form, the line in front makes a form reacting to the first line. different exercises are possible: the reaction could be miroring, complementing, agreement, disagreement, resistance towards the first line, etc.

Hey guys please post your ideas perhaps i forgot some suggestions!
